Finance4Everyone was founded in 2025 by three high school students who believe financial literacy shouldn't depend on family background or school district. What started as a shared frustration — watching friends make avoidable financial mistakes simply because no one had ever explained how money works — became a mission. This platform is the resource we wish had existed when we started asking those questions.

Max Rich-Gayko
Product Development & Operations Lead
Max developed the Net Worth card game and leads product development and operations. He organizes logistics and project management while also helping manage Finance4Everyone's middle-school workshops.
Raziel Yanovsky
Website Development & Marketing Lead
Raziel leads Finance4Everyone's website development and marketing, helping shape the organization's digital presence and how students discover and interact with its financial-education resources.
Gianni Haggarty
Software Engineering & Finance Lead
Gianni developed the F4E App and leads the organization's software, financial, and legal operations. He also helps with local outreach, logistics, and high-school workshops.
Bridging the Financial Literacy Gap
Finance4Everyone is committed to closing the financial literacy gap by providing free, accessible, student-centered digital education. We exist to give high school students a relatable and recurring financial education experience — one that addresses the gaps in financial education and helps students better understand the challenges they'll face as they enter adulthood.
Most schools require years of advanced math and science, yet they rarely explain how to read a paycheck, build credit, or create a budget. These aren't optional skills — they're fundamental competencies every adult needs. We've seen the consequences firsthand: friends struggling with credit card debt, classmates turning down better jobs because they couldn't evaluate compensation, family members paying unnecessary fees.
Our vision: a world where every high school requires comprehensive financial literacy courses for graduation — not as an elective for privileged students. Personal finance should be as fundamental as algebra, and universal financial education would be one of the most effective interventions for building a more financially resilient society.
